You retain responsibility for rights to your uploaded content and output. Nexkits code, UI, and copy belong to the operator or are used under valid licenses.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for interruptions, data loss, or indirect damages caused by networks, devices, third-party dependencies, or force majeure events.

6. Changes to Terms
